“Open ID” Cohort – DCP conceived after 31st March 2005

The “Open ID” cohort of DCP, who began to turn 18 in 2023 are able to apply to the HFEA for identifying information.

These DCP are only given the legal name, date of birth and last known address (likely to be from 18 years ago as the HFEA have done very little to keep contact details up to date) of the donor used to create them.

Historical Donors

If you are a historical donor who would like to update your contact details and/or medical information, please contact the clinic where you registered, who will submit this information to the HFEA Register.
