Margaret Jackson’s Letter to an RP in 1980

Below is a letter that a Recipient Mother received from Margaret Jackson in 1980, after she wrote to Margaret Jackson saying that she had read an article (see the article in question below) that stated that children conceived by Artificial Insemination by Donor Semen (AID as it was known in 1980, now Donor Conceived) should be told of the “unusual circumstances of his conception”.

Many of us who were conceived by Margaret Jackson and her team have compared the snippets of information that our Recipient Mother’s have told us over the years and it is becoming very clear that Margaret Jackson was adamant that RP’s should never tell their AID (DC) children how they were created:
