The ever evolving emotional rollercoaster of being a DCP

People who aren’t donor conceived (DC) generally have no concept of the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with being a Donor Conceived Person (DCP) and don’t really understand how the DC journey is forever evolving, regardless of whatever else is going on in a DCP’s life at that time.

At times, it can be incredibly overwhelming and very destabilising being a DCP.

A new sibling can “pop up” at any point in a DCP’s life, especially if the DCP was created via a serial sperm donor or is the result of fertility fraud.
